Really, within 24 hours?
Often, yes, for small fixes once we’ve agreed the job and have the access we need. Bigger jobs take longer. We’ll confirm timing before you commit, so you know what to expect.
What does a $49 fix cover?
A small, clearly defined task, such as a minor theme bug, a styling adjustment, or a simple button fix. Every issue is different, so we’ll review yours and agree the exact price first. Larger tasks get their own fixed quote.
Do I need to explain it in developer-speak?
Nope. Send your store URL, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot or screen recording helps too. We’ll take it from there.
How do you get access to my store?
If access is needed, we’ll arrange Shopify collaborator access with only the permissions the job requires. You keep control and can remove access afterward. Don’t email us your password.
What if my problem is more complicated?
Send it over. We’ll investigate the scope and explain the options. If something depends on a third-party app or Shopify’s own limits, we’ll be straight with you before you commit.
